Clients acknowledge and agree that:

7. Intellectual Property

- All work produced by our agents for the client becomes the client’s property upon full
payment - Pre-existing tools, methods, or content created by us remain our intellectual property
8. Permitted & Prohibited Use
Clients may not use our agents or services for:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Activities violating copyright, trademarks, or platform rules
We may immediately terminate service for violations.
9. Third-Party Tools
Our agents may use tools such as:
- CRM systems
- Translation platforms
- Task management apps
- Communication tools
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- Data loss caused by external systems
- Platform changes, errors, or failures
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by U.S. law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or data breaches on third-party
systems - Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in dispute
